Circular tubes and pipes manufactured of non-alloy materials for particular quality criteria are DIN 1629 carbon seamless steel pipes. As per DIN 1629 ST, there are three main grades: 37.0, 44.0, and 52.0. The mechanical qualities and material composition of the various grades of DIN 1629 pipes vary. The many grades of Tuberia DIN 1629 have a variety of uses in manufacturing, including pipelines, equipment, vessels, and pipe fittings. They are available in several size ranges. The pipes range from 10mm to 324mm in outer diameter, 1mm to 30mm in wall thickness, and up to 14000mm in length. Carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulphur are all included in the substance known as Tubi DIN 1629. Unlike the other grades, the ST52.0 grade contains silicon and manganese. For the ST37.0 grade, the carbon content is 0.17%, for the ST44.0 grade, 21%, and for the ST52.0 grade, 22%. Because of this variation, the strength values of the DIN 1629 Seamless Tubes vary. Grade 37.0 has a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 480 MPa, grade 44.0 has a minimum tensile strength of 275 MPa and a maximum tensile strength of 550 MPa, and grade 52.0 has a minimum tensile strength of 355 MPa and a maximum tensile strength of 650 MPa. The best and most expensive grade is DIN 1629 st 52. To increase the products' hardness, the DIN 1629 Steel Pipe can be hot rolled, cold worked, stress relieved, annealed, or normalised.
